- Our observation methods look at overall workflows and situations to generate insights into user needs and develop empathy for their challenges
- User interviews are important in our research; we make a concerted effort to interview Q2 platform users for their insights
- Surveys we conduct provide both quantitative and qualitative findings to apply, including surveying large samples of participants to identify business and consumer personas
