The Q2 UX Research Team believes that good design is valuable, feasible, and usable, with research practices playing a big part in shaping usable solutions to solve real user problems.

  • Our observation methods look at overall workflows and situations to generate insights into user needs and develop empathy for their challenges
  • User interviews are important in our research; we make a concerted effort to interview Q2 platform users for their insights
  • Surveys we conduct provide both quantitative and qualitative findings to apply, including surveying large samples of participants to identify business and consumer personas
